Hello, I'm Francesco Miacola. Dreamer, Architect & Graphic Designer.

 

Once I was told that architects are the late humanists. That is what I mostly love of architecture, its strong connections to almost all the fields of human knowledge, combining cultural and scientific point of views. My desire is to work bringing the human dimension at the center of the concept.

 

This portfolio represents a selection of professional and academic works realized over the past years.

 

Graduated in Master of Science in Sustainable Architecture at Polytechnic of Turin, during formation I have been in Erasmus at ENSA Marseille in France. This experience gave me the possibility to increase my technical and design skills as well as improving the group work attitude.

 

I attended several internships in Italy as well as in France. I had the opportunity to work in the vast domain of architecture: plans, construction details, competitions, site visits, and client presentation.

 

In recent years I’ve felt as increasingly necessary to spend all my best efforts to transform these my acquired professional skills in tools promoting really significant ideas.

 

I'm interested and actively engaged in activities to promote and support international cooperation and development projects. Inspired by the principles of social business, with the collaboration of some friends was founded Anduma.org to transfer technology to those communities who have difficulty in accessing it.

 

Passion for human beings pushed me to change countries, exploring different ways of approaching the project. I am in constant search for gaining new knowledge through reading, drawing, modeling, designing and practicing.
