The Solar district

 

Our work led us to to deal of a not highly urbanized area, and this has enabled us to design a project for residential district entirely based on green building design and energy savings.

 

The project will provide the definition of twelve units characterized by innovative aspects.

 

Facing south, the entire facade is inclined optimally for solar collection and is designed by integrating photovoltaic panels and solar collectors.

 

The twelve duplex are inserted into a system of green spread and are equipped with passive solar technologies, as solar greenhouses, which allow the reduction of winter consumptions.
